How do I create an account in StampLab?

Download the StampLab app from the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).

Open the app and press the "Go!" button. After the overview of StampLab you have the possibility to choose a method of registration.

If you use the social login, you can sign in with your existing Google or Facebook account. If you use an iPhone, you can also register with your Apple ID.

You can also register with your email address and password. To do so, press the button "Register with email".

If you want to register with your email address and not use the social login, just follow the instructions in the app. Start by telling us your name.

Once you have entered your name, you can press the "next" button and can now enter your email address. Please enter your email address twice and make sure you don't mistype it.

Now you need to set a password. Try to choose a password that you have never used on any other service and that is at least eight characters long. Your password must also contain upper and lower case letters and a number.

Before you can create your account you have to agree to our privacy policy and our user agreement. You can view both either by clicking on the text in the app or here on the website. Basically, you only incur costs in StampLab if you are the owner of a workstation, your trial period has expired and you want to continue using StampLab (you only need to enter payment details after your trial period and if you really want to continue using StampLab).

To complete your registration, you still need to confirm your email address. You will receive an email from us with a verification link. After you have opened the link, your account is directly confirmed in the app.
